Paneer Pizza



Ingredients:

Pizza base-1

Tomato sauce

Mozzarella cheese-100g

Butter-100g

Onions(small)-2

Tomatoes(small)-2

Capsicum(big)-1

Paneer-100g

Salt- to taste

Chat masala-as required

Turmeric powder-as required

Procedure:

Spread butter over the pizza base followed by tomato sauce. Mash paneer and add turmeric and mix thoroughly. Cut onions, tomatoes and capsicum into small pieces. Add mashed paneer to vegetables. Add salt and chat masala to taste. Spread this mixture over pizza base. Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese over pizza base. Put it over aluminum foil and cook in Microwave for 4 minutes.

Alu Lache




Ingredients:

potatoes(large)-4

Ice cold water

Oil -for frying

salt-1 teaspoon

chillie powder-½ tsp

ground cumin-½ tsp

curry powder-½ teaspoon

Procedure:

Peel potatoes and cut into thin slices of match-stick size. Soak in ice cold water. Drain and dry them on paper towels. Heat oil until very hot and fry the potato straws, a handful at a time, till crisp and golden. Lift out with a perforated spoon and drain oil on absorbent paper. When they are all fried, sprinkle salt and mixed spices.

Almond Honey Cookies




Ingredients:

Butter-1 cup

Sugar-1/2 cup

Honey-1/2 cup

Egg-1

Ground almonds-1/4 cup

Flour-1/2cup

1/4 tsp baking powder

Procedure:

Beat butter, sugar and honey till light and fluffy. Add egg and ground almonds. Add flour. Mix together. Give the batter the desired shape for cookies and lay them on baking tray. Bake in hot oven at 180 degree C for 10-15 minutes till golden brown.


Egg Bhurji

Ingredients:

Eggs-2

Onion(small)-1

Tomato(small)-1

Green chilly-1

Red chilly powder-1/2 tsp

Turmeric (haldi) powder-1/2 tsp

Salt- to taste

Oil/butter-2tbsp

Procedure:

Mix the eggs, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric . Heat the oil/butter in a pan and add the chopped onions. Fry for 2 minutes and add tomatoes , green chillies. Fry till soft. Now add the egg mixture and keep stirring continuously for 2 to 3 minutes to form bhurji . See to that the eggs are fried properly and the masala is mixed properly.
